We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Your order will be delivered within 3-6 days, in some rare cases it might take a little longer but rest assured your order will be delivered, Please check our shipping policy for more details.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, whatsapp and/or an SMS. This notification will include your unique tracking number and a link to the website of our courier partner. You can use this tracking number on the courier's website to monitor the real-time progress of your shipment until it reaches you.
We work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery. However, occasional delays or issues can occur that are beyond our direct control. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, or if you receive a package that appears damaged, or if you encounter any other delivery-related problems, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a description of the issue. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your Bojoya purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you may be eligible to return the order within 3 days once the order is delivered. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must generally be: In their original, unworn, and unaltered condition. With all original tags and labels attached. In their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason. Our customer support team will then guide you through the necessary steps, which may include providing details for pickup or instructions for shipping the item back to us
Once we receive your returned item(s) at our facility, they will be inspected to ensure they meet our return conditions. We will then notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credited to your original mode of payment which was used while making the payment for order within 14 from the date of approval. Please note that your bank or payment gateway may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but if you happen to receive an item that is damaged during transit or is incorrect (not what you ordered), please accept our sincere apologies. Contact our customer support team immediately, preferably within 1-2 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and, if possible, clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging. Our team will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any shipping costs, as appropriate.
