• Online Payments: We accept all major.

Yes, Bojoya offers Cash on delivery on all products. We provide extra Discount on all the prepaid orders and We are a trusted seller so rest assured you can place a prepaid order with us without worrying.

We process our orders very quickly to get your jewellery to you as soon as possible. Because of this, our window for changes is small

• To Modify or Cancel: If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please email us immediately at with the subject line "URGENT: Order #" and your specific request.
• We can only guarantee modifications or cancellations if your request is received within [e.g., 2 hours] of placing the order.
• Once an order has been processed by our warehouse and handed over to our shipping partner, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.

International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within India. We hope to expand and bring Bojoya to the world soon!

We like to keep things simple

• Orders above ₹500: Shipping is absolutely FREE!    
• Orders below ₹500: A flat, standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

We can't wait for you to receive your order! Your total delivery time is a combination of our processing time and the shipping time

• 1. Processing Time: All orders are "handpicked"  and packed with care. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process, pack, and dispatch your order from our warehouse.   
• 2. Shipping Time: Once your order is dispatched, our shipping partner will typically deliver it within:
• Major Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3-5 business days
• Rest of India (Tier 2/3 cities & remote areas): 5-8 business days

Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email and Whatsapp message from us. This message will contain your tracking number and a direct link to our shipping partner's website. You can use this link to see your order's journey in real-time.

Our jewellery is designed to be "affordable yet statement-making" , and with a little love, it can stay sparkling for years. Follow our 'Bojoya Care Code' to keep your pieces looking their best :

• Put it on Last: Always put your jewellery on after applying cosmetics, perfume, hairspray, and lotions. Chemicals in these products can damage the finish.
• Keep it Dry: Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, or engaging in any activity that involves water or heavy sweat.
• Store it Safely: When you're not wearing it, store your jewellery in a dry place, preferably in its Bojoya pouch or a separate box. This protects it from humidity, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
• Wipe it Down: After each wear, gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, dry cloth to remove natural oils and dirt.
• No Harsh Cleaners: Never use water, soap, or harsh chemical cleaners. A dry, soft cloth is all you need to maintain its shine.
