At Bojoya, we want you to be delighted. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase from our store, we're here to help with returns for our customers within India.

Return Window

You may initiate a return request for eligible items within 48 hours from the time your order was delivered. Return requests initiated after this 48 hours period will unfortunately not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, the item(s) must strictly meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be completely unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it. Items showing any signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for return.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned with all its original Bojoya packaging materials intact.
  • Jewellery Box: The original Bojoya jewellery box (if provided) must be included and be in its original condition.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original payment proof (e.g., official receipt, order confirmation email, or invoice) for the item being returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items may be excluded from returns unless they are found to be defective upon arrival. These typically include:

  • Items purchased during special promotional or clearance events.
  • Custom-made, personalised, or engraved items (if offered).
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide Details: Clearly state your Order Number and the specific reason for your return. We may request photographic evidence if the return is due to damage or a defect upon arrival.
  3. Await Authorization: Our team will review your return request. If your request is deemed eligible based on this policy, we will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not send items back to us without prior authorization.

 Return Shipping

If the return is a direct result of an error on Bojoya's part (e.g., you received a defective item or an incorrect item was shipped), Bojoya will cover the return shipping costs upon verification of the issue.

Inspection Process

  • Once your returned item is received at our facility, our quality assurance team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets all the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2. This inspection process may take approximately 3-5 business days.
  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return based on the outcome of this inspection.

Refund Process

  • Approval: If your return is approved after a successful inspection, We will initiate the refund.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment used during the purchase.
  • Timeline: Please allow approximately 7-14 business days after we have confirmed the approval of your return for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The exact time can vary depending on your bank and payment gateway provider.
  • Notification: We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been processed from our end.
  • Rejection: If the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria, the return will be rejected, and the item will be shipped back to you. The cost of this return shipment will be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Received

  • Please inspect your Bojoya order immediately upon receipt.
  • If you believe you have received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your Order Number and clear photographs of the issue (the item and packaging). We will work with you to arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs, upon verification.

Exchanges

Currently, Bojoya does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above for the original item and place a new order for the desired item from our website.

Bojoya reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our official website.
